Is there a smell of gas in or near your property? Do you think you may have a local gas leak?

Follow these safety steps:

DON'T LIGHT ANY MATCHES OR USE CIGARETTE/BBQ LIGHTERS

DON'T OPERATE ANY LIGHT SWITCHES OR ELECTRICAL ITEMS

IMMEDIATELY EXTINGUISH NAKED FLAMES SUCH AS CANDLES

OPEN AS MANY DOORS AND WINDOWS AS POSSIBLE

TURN OFF YOUR GAS SUPPLY DIRECTLY AT THE METER

Is your gas supply being interrupted?

If your gas appliances aren’t working then it’s most likely caused by a problem with the gas supply. Our trained gas engineers can locate the cause of a gas problem if it falls within your property.

If the problem lies beyond your property then it may be a fault with your Gas service provider. In this case, phone the National Gas Service Emergency Line on 0800 111 999 and inform them of the issue.
