Do you use subcontractors?

We do not usually use subcontractors if we do we will normally let you know.

Can you give an estimate for insurance?

We can sometimes give estimates over the phone depending on the work needed. If this cannot be established an engineer would need to attend the property to establish what needs to be done there is a minimum charge for this service. If you have a quote from another company we can give a like for like quote but it is better for us to diagnose the fault so we can be responsible for the diagnosis.

Can you come today?

In most cases we can attend the same day subject to availability.

How soon can you come?

Our minimum response time is within 2 hours, we offer different response times reflected by the minimum charge.

How long does a service take?

A timescale of 1 hour is usually allocated to servicing a boiler. Depending on the boiler and what needs to be done it can take longer.

How much does a service cost?

A standard boiler service costs £95, some parts maybe needed such as seals or electrodes. Our engineer can give you a call to discuss costs and discounts.

What is the turnaround time for a repair?

We aim to carry out repairs the same day when possible average turnaround for repairs is 24 hours when parts are available. If no parts are needed the repair is usually within the hour.

How much will it cost?

There is a minimum charge to attend site and diagnose the fault on the system, depending on the problem the cost can vary. If no parts are needed and the repair is straight forward only the minimum charge will apply.

Can I pay in instalments?
